The turnaround time for ALL custom latex is approximately 4 -6
weeks from the date you place your order. This is dependent on quantities
purchased and items purchased. We ask that you please be patient
as these items are handmade and customized for you. Most of the
time it takes only 3 to 4 weeks, but can take up to 6.
** No returns or exchanges are
accepted on custom made latex items, so please order carefully.
Once your order has been placed, you cannot change it.
