How much does shipping Cost and When will my package arrive? - Do you have express shipping?

 

SHIPPING COST IS BASED ON WEIGHT OF ITEMS IN POUNDS AND DESTINATION. SHIPPING IS CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT.

 

WE SHIP TO THE U.S. AND CANADA. FOR CANADA AND THE U.S. THE SHIPPING COST IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR ORDER AT CHECKOUT.

 

** WE WILL SHIP TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS, BUT YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE. 

 

FOR EXPIDITED SHIPPING, PLEASE INDICATE WHAT TYPE (3rd day, 2nd day, or Overnight) OF SHIPPING YOU ARE SELECTING AND ENTER IT UNDER THE "INSTRUCTIONS" SECTION AT CHECKOUT. SEE THE TABLE BELOW FOR COSTS AND INSTRUCTIONS.  

 

EXPIDITED SHIPPING COSTS:
FOR 3RD DAY: ADD: $8 **Allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing -and then calculate shipping time from from that point.

NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE EXPIDITED SHIPPING,
THE COST WILL NOT BE CALCULATED AT      
CHECKOUT;  HOWEVER, IT WILL BE ADDED
TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WHEN THE ITEM IS
SHIPPED.  
FOR 2ND DAY:  ADD: $10
FOR OVERNIGHT:  ADD: $15 

Our Shipping is handled via UPS AND USPS. UPS is used for all shoes and boots. Your shipping will be calculated upon checkout.  It is based upon the weight of the item(s) and your location.  We may choose to use one postal carrier over another, however, you will not be charged any additional shipping. 

 

PROCESSING:  Under normal circumstances our items usually ship the same day or the very next day;  however, please allow 24 to 48 hours to process the order, and then calculate the shipping time from the 24 to 48 hour processing period.  **Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, will be processed the next business day.  Also, some items may ship separately (i.e., shoes and boots), but we will not charge you any additional shipping.  The shipping amount will remain the same.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

 
PLEASE NOTE *** WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

 

INCELEMENT WEATHER - BACKORDERS:  We cannot guarantee your order will ship within 48 hours as other circumstances could effect the order processing time (i.e., weather, backorders).  In the RARE event we cannot ship your order within 48 hours, we will notify you as soon as possible.  Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they are received from the manufacturer. Backorders are not common, but in the rare event this does occur, we will contact you immediately to find out what you would like to do.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/ORDERING: We do ship internationally to some locations;  however, at checkout, it will only allow for addresses from the U.S. and Canada. To get around this issue: put Picasso's Clozet address in the address information field (114 Barrington Town Square, Ste 198, Aurora, OH 44202) and put YOUR address in the instructions/comment box.

 

We will then get an accurate shipping quote to you and will need you to approve the amount before we send it out. Please be sure to add us to your email address book so we are not sent to your SPAM folder (info@picassosclozet.com). All payments are charged in US Dollars.  We cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE SEIZED OR HELD BY CUSTOMS OFFICIALS.  FURTHERMORE, IF ANY DUTY TAX IS ASSESSED, IT WILL BE UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO COVER THAT CHARGE.  WE DO NOT COVER DUTY TAX. MOST LIKELY THE ITEMS WILL NOT GET HELD UP, BUT JUST IN CASE, CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE IN YOUR AREA FOR MORE INFORMATION ON IMPORTING GOODS TO YOUR COUNTRY.

ALL ITEMS ARE CHARGED IN U.S. DOLLARS.  YOU CAN USE AN ONLINE CURRENCY CONVERTER TO SEE WHAT YOUR COST WILL BE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.

Can I return my items or change my order ?

 

CHANGE OF ORDER:

Once an order has been placed it is difficult to change due to the fact that we ship items very quickly. If you need something changed, we suggest you contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We will try our best to change the order, but cannot change it once it has shipped. We will try our best to help alleviate the situation as soon as possible.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOME ITEMS MAY NOT FIT, SO YES, ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF INTIMATE ITEMS AND COSMETICS.  WE HAVE A VERY REASONABLE RETURN POLICY.  PLEASE SEE BELOW.

 


RETURNS:

 

If you wish to Return/Exchange an item(s) simply contact us via e-mail info@picassosclozet.com or phone:  888-211-6709 within 72 hours of receiving your order to let us know. Ship the items back to us with the copy of your invoice and make sure your package is postmarked no later than 7 days after the date you contacted us. Any packages received postmarked after 7 days, will be returned to sender. We do not refund the cost of Shipping & Handling. If you are exchanging an item, we either must have a credit card on file in order to charge any difference in cost of the item and for shipping the item to you or you may contact us to get information regarding additional costs in order to send a check or money order (Checks and Money orders are only available to U.S. Residents).

 

*Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNWORN Condition with tags still attached. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. This includes the scent of perfume, cigarette smoke, noticeable wear and tear on shoes, etc. WE ARE VERY FIRM ABOUT THIS. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.

 

 ** All sales of Hosiery, Intimate Items, and Cosmetics are final. Due to legal reasons and Health Codes, these items cannot be returned.** Exceptions to this rule: if you received a damaged item and it is due to a factory defect, we will replace the item with the same item if available or refund the cost of the item, depending on the situation.

 

 

How Refunds Are Issued

*If you used a credit card for the original purchase, that card will receive a credit for the amount of the return.  Checks will be issued to people whom paid with checks as long as the original check has already cleared our bank.

 

 

*Exchange/Refunds of Gifts:  If your item was a gift, We will issue the refund to the person whom purchased the item. If you wish to exchange a gift, any difference in cost for new items, including the cost of shipping, will need to be paid by you.  For gift items, the original card used cannot be charged unless we have express written consent by that purchaser (we can not legally authorize someone's credit card without their permission).

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

 

At this time, we accept Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) are ready to ship.  All charges will be in US Dollars. 

 

U.S. residents may pay via Check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check. To use any of these options, please use the print and call option when checking out. It will put your item on hold and we will contact you via email to go over how payment is being made.

 

Check, Money Order, and Cashier Check payments must be sent to:  Picasso's Clozet, 114 Barrington Town Square Dr, Ste 198, Aurora, OH  44202. Contact us if you have any questions.


If you do not wish to give credit card information online, you may call us with the credit card information. Again, choose the print an
d call option and call us at: 888-211-6709. You can also fax your orders to: 866-653-1318.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are sending a personal check your order will not be processed until the check clears.  All returned checks are charged a $25.00 NSF Fee.
